Retirement living at its very best

The Peninsula Club has recently undergone a major upgrade and refurbishment of Units coming available on the Market and New Residents tell us it couldn’t be better, says Dianne Cooke, who has managed the Village over the last year. All our Units, new on the Market, have been redesigned to accommodate the more modern needs and requirements of a New Generation coming into Retirement. We have incorporated design, colour schemes and facilities to meet these needs. The proximity of the Facilities Central to the Village, with the knowledge that the complex is fully developed and the amenities are ready and waiting to be enjoyed is a great sense of comfort to new residents.

Located close to unspoilt bays and beaches, rivers, estuaries, reserves and walkways on the Hibiscus Coast, on Whangaparaoa Road, the Village Residents enjoy all the area has to offer. The Village is built on over 40 acres of landscaped grounds with varied rural or coastal views of the area, depending on the location of your home.

The recently completed Stage Two Apartments adjoin the Main Community Centre under covered Walkway. The Village has a number of accommodation options for incoming residents, varying from one and two bedroom spacious Apartments, two bedroom Townhouses and to very spacious and comfortable two Bedroom Villas.  A huge advantage The Peninsula Club offers to residents purchasing Units is the size of the Units in comparison to some of the newer homes on the Market. They have all be modernised and upgraded to ensure they offer quality fixtures and fittings with an emphasis on modern, light bright interiors.

The Residents at Peninsula Club make full use of all the facilities that have been provided and these include a Heated Swimming Pool, Spa, Sauna, Sun beds, a Gym, Putting Green, Lawn and Indoor Bowls, Snooker and Billiards, a Library, Scheduled Catering Facilities and much, much more. Every day is different with a choice of activities available every day of the week giving the community a great spirit in getting involved and keeping active.

If you enjoy a bit of Country Life then The Peninsula Club is definitely for you. With close proximity to Shops, it still has that Country Lifestyle feel.

The Village is an Independent Living Operation and is well staffed to cope with the maintenance and management of the property and grounds, and this gives Residents the assurance that they need. On site emergency response is provided 24 hours a day, to cope with any emergencies that may occur, giving peace of mind for those families of parents who live at The Peninsula Club.

The Village Bus operates a shuttle to and from the local Shopping Centres to assist those who have either stopped driving completely or would simply prefer to use the service. This is a great facility for all the residents and is used for regular outings in and around the beautiful countryside.
