The Peninsula Club Retirement Village NZ

The Peninsula Club Village, a fully accredited member of the Retirement Villages Association, offers a high standard and a variety of retirement residential accommodation.

The village is located just 20 minutes north of Auckland on the sunny Hibiscus Coast. The area offers an idyllic seaside lifestyle with a selection of wonderful beaches. There is a wide choice of recreational activities available within a short distance of the village including two shopping complexes, a marina, a number of golf courses and reserves. There is a medical centre close by and public transport at the front gate.

The Village

Set on 15 hectares of park like grounds, the village consists of 165 villas and townhouses and 57 apartments. Most of the villas and townhouses are north facing and very sunny and many offer wonderful urban or water views. The villas and townhouses are set amongst mature landscaped gardens which provide each with its own individuality. Residents can choose to maintain the garden around their villa or leave it to the village gardener to take care of. The apartments are built to offer easy under cover access to the village community centre. Both villas and apartments are equipped with emergency call systems that are monitored 24 hours a day. Extra services such as housekeeping and laundry are available to apartment residents on a user pays basis. The Village Community Centre which houses the community and recreational facilities is a focal point of the Peninsula Club. These facilities are available for the use and enjoyment of the residents.
