The village is located in the high quality residential suburb of Forrest Hill on Aucklands North Shore, just three and a half kilometres from a selection of wonderful beaches and two kilometres from a major shopping centre. A wide range of amenities and community services including theatres, cafes and restaurants are all within a short distance of the village. Parklane is only 4 kilometres from North Shore hospital and has easy access to the city and northern motorway. The village is fully fenced with access controlled by security gates.

The Village

Set on 5.5 hectares, the Village consists of 99 spacious brick, cedar and tile villas (one, two and three bedrooms) and 56 serviced one bedroom apartments. The villas are set amongst mature landscaped gardens which provide each with its own individuality. Residents can choose to maintain the garden around their villa or leave it to the village gardener to take care of.

The one bedroom serviced apartments are built to offer easy under cover access to the village community centre. Carports are available adjacent to the apartments for car parking.

Both villas and apartments are equipped with emergency call systems that are monitored 24 hours a day. Extra services such as housekeeping and laundry are available on a user pays basis and the village restaurant is available for lunch and dinner 7 days a week. The restaurant is available to both residents and their guests.
