Whether you want the security of an apartment or the individuality of a villa Ocean Shores Village has accommodation options to suit everyone.

The villas come with either two or three bedrooms.  They have a spacious open plan living area with single internal access garaging and separate laundry.  All villas are built to make the best of the sun and are tastefully redecorated to a high standard.  Villas are being updated with modern kitchens and bathrooms and are equipped with heatpumps.   

The apartments are either one or two bedrooms.  They are built as an extension to the community facilities providing easy undercover access to the centre.  All have open plan living areas, a full kitchen and a spacious bedroom with an ensuite bathroom.  They are centrally heated and have a balcony or patio.  Apartment residents have the option of additional service packages if required.
