The village is just 200 metres from one of New Zealand's finest beaches at Mt Maunganui. An area famous for its sun and sea and wonderful year round climate. Ocean Shores is fully fenced with access controlled security gates. It is found in one of the quality residential suburbs of Mt Maunganui.

The Village

Set on 8.3 hectares, the Village has been designed to ensure that all the villas and apartments obtain the maximum benefit of the sun whilst at the same time according plenty of individual privacy. Ocean Shores Village has 124 villas (two and three bedrooms) and 82 apartments (one and two bedroom). The apartments are either independent living or serviced and are built to offer easy access to the extensive community facilities.

The villas have been finished to a high standard with the decor being chosen in conjunction with experienced interior design consultants. They are set amongst mature landscaped gardens which you can enjoy and we can take care of.

Both villas and apartments are equipped with emergency call systems that are monitored 24 hours a day. Extra services such as housekeeping and laundry are available on a user pays basis and the village restaurant is available for lunch and dinner seven days a week. The restaurant is available to both residents and their guests.
