Mayfair Village offers a choice between independent living villas and apartments or serviced apartments.

Whether you want the security of an apartment or the individuality of a villa, Mayfair Village has accomodation options to suit everyone.

The brick and tile villas come in either one, two or three bedrooms. They all have one bathroom and a second guest toilet.  Most of the villas have a single internal access garage. The living rooms are open plan and spacious and they are tastefully redecorated to a high standard. The villas are set amongst mature landscaped gardens which provide each with its own individuality.

The apartments come in either one or two bedrooms and all have easy undercover access to the community centre. The independent living apartments have a full kitchen, ensuite bathroom and lounge. The serviced  apartments have a kitchenette along with the bedroom, ensuite bathroom and lounge. There are also separate carports available for apartment residents.
