Mayfair Village, a fully accredited member of the Retirement Villages Association, offers a high standard and variety of retirement residential accommodation.

The Village is located just three kilometres from Browns Bay on Auckland's North Shore, an area famous for its lovely beach and cafe's. The Village itself slopes gently towards the sun and its gardens are well established and picturesque. Mayfair Village is also less than three kilometres from the up market Albany Shopping Centre with its cinemas and restaurants and  a 24 hour medical centre is just one kilometre away. Public transport is at the doorstep and the location provides easy access to both the city and northern motorway. The Village is fully fenced with access controlled by security gates.

The Village

Set on 7.4 hectares, the Village consists of 100 spacious brick, cedar and tile villas, 14 serviced apartments and 44 non-serviced apartments. The villas come in either one, two or three bedrooms and are set amongst mature landscaped gardens which provide each with its own individuality. Residents can choose to maintain the garden around their own villa or leave it to the village gardener to take care of.

The apartments are available in either one or two bedrooms and there is a choice between independent living or serviced apartments. Carports are provided adjacent to the apartments for car parking. The apartments are built to offer easy under cover access to the village community centre.

Both villas and apartments are equipped with emergency call systems that are monitored 24 hours a day. Extra services such as housekeeping and laundry are available on a user pays basis and the village restaurant is open for lunch and dinner seven days a week. The restaurant is available to both residents and their guests.
