Knightsbridge Retirement Village NZ

Knightsbridge Village, a fully accredited member of the Retirement Villages Association, has been designed to offer a high standard and variety of residential retirement accommodation.

A great location

The village is centrally located on Auckland's North Shore, just three kilometres from Mairangi Bay and four kilometres from Browns Bay. Within close proximity of the village is a selection of beaches, restaurants and a number of shopping and recreation options as well as easy access to both city and northern routes. Knightsbridge Village is located alongside Rangitoto College and has a large medical centre with 50 medical practitioners less than a kilometre away. The village is situated in a highly desirable residential area and it is fully fenced with access controlled by security gates.

The Village

Set on 12.5 hectares, the village was deemed complete in October 2004 and consists of 154 villas (one and two bedrooms) and 90 apartments (one and two bedrooms).

The villas are all brick and tile with north facing living areas to capture the all day sun. They are set amongst mature landscaped gardens which you can enjoy and we can take care of.

The apartments are built to offer east access to the extensive community facilities.

Both villas and apartments are equipped with emergency call systems that are monitored 24 hours per day. Extra services such as housekeeping and laundry are available on a user pays basis and the village restaurant is available for lunch four days a week and dinner three days a week.

The restaurant is available to both residents and their guests.
